Our Daily Life support service assists participants in the coordination of or management of life stages, transition and supports.

This includes supports that focus on strengthening the participant’s ability to coordinate their own supports, and to assist them to live at home and participate in their community.

It also involves knowledge of how to do general home maintenance and understanding how to access assistance from trades or qualified people to help.
